	Both officers received an appearance notice in Nov 2021.
Court Cases
	The case was referred to Alberta Crown Prosecution Services in Calgary in June 2021 to determine if criminal charges were warranted. On Wednesday, Nov.17, 2021, prosecutors recommended both EPS members be charged with assault. As of Nov 19, 2021, the allegations have not been tested in court (Global News, November 19, 2021).
