	Bystander video recorded from a balcony of the shooting - quality is poor but it shows at least five police cruisers parked in a row in a snowy parking lot. One officer is ducked behind the rear cruiser with a person in handcuffs kneeling on the ground. Much of the scene is obscured by trees but officers can be seen running between vehicles, and numerous gun shots are heard.
