Connor was subject to a Disciplinary Hearing regarding allegations of Unlawful Exercise of Authority and Discreditable Conduct for an on-duty incident occurring in 2006, where he was photographed shoving a handcuffed woman and pushing her to the ground. The woman filed a civil suit against Connor and settled out of court for an undisclosed sum. Connor was found not guilty in 2008.
